Card Club Treats

I've said it many times - I love making little treats for people, the people I work with, 'My Guys', the ladies at card club. This time the victims....I mean recipients were the ladies at club. I saw these simple little favors on Marie Shaughnessy's blog - sorry, I couldn't find her version or I would have linked it. They are made using a 3 1/4" X 11" piece of card stock. I scored them at 1" and 6". The backs are plain and the fronts are decorated with whatever scraps (you know how I love to use up scraps) or color scheme you need. I used one of my favorite Martha Stewart punches on the flap -man, does that dress it up - and the stamp is one I came across in a dollar bin at either Michael's or Joanne. I kept the pouches closed with a small piece of Velcro. Simple as can be but so fun and cute!
Here's what the inside looks like. I gave Kit Kat's, but I know that Marie used little Hershey bars in hers. Pretty much anything would work. The little zipper bag is held in with a strip of sticky strip or any of those super sticky tapes that are on the market right now. I got 11 of these done in a very short time. My form of relaxation therapy.
Thanks for stopping and have a great week!
Joy
